This is how applying for a job works!

Initial contact

After submitting your application, you will be contacted by our recruiter.

We will receive your application and you will speak with one of our recruiters (by phone or online). During this conversation, we will get to know each other better and discuss your experience, wishes, and future plans. This will allow us to make a good assessment of whether the client and position are a good fit for you, or what other opportunities there may be.

Introduction to the client

First online, then at the client's premises in the Netherlands.

We ensure that you are well prepared for your job interviews. This often starts with an online interview, followed by a second interview at the client's location in the Netherlands. We arrange your flight and ensure that you can make a good impression during the personal introduction.

Welcome aboard

You sign your contract. We go through it together to make sure everything is correct.

When both you and the client are enthusiastic, you will receive the contract. We will go through the contract with you to ensure that everything is clear. Once the contract is signed, you will be employed by People with Skills. We will start the relocation process and prepare you for your adventure in the Netherlands.

Relocation

Visas, accommodation, and all practical matters arranged.

Moving to a new country is exciting, but you don't have to do it alone. We guide you step by step. Think about your visa, social security number, health insurance, bank account, and registration with the municipality. We also arrange suitable housing and often provide support with the actual move. You will be guided through how everything works in the Netherlands, so you will never be faced with any surprises.

We regularly check in with you to see how you are doing, both at work and in your personal life. Would you like to take language lessons or get in touch with colleagues who are going through the same process? We will arrange it for you. This way, you will quickly feel at home in the Netherlands and in your new workplace.
