People with Skills focuses on the sustainable deployment of technical professionals with secondary vocational education (mbo) working or thinking level from the EU at clients in the Netherlands. Our professionals are specialized in areas such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics within the aviation, shipbuilding and manufacturing industry.
At People with Skills, we put the people first and value the development of our professionals. In addition to deploying and training our professionals, we also support them in their potential relocation to the Netherlands.

Talent
Technical professionals with secondary vocational education (mbo) working or thinking level from the EU. These professionals have completed a technical education or have technical work experience. They specialize in areas such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics, within the aerospace, shipbuilding, and manufacturing industries.

Companies in the Netherlands with their own manufacturing or MRO organization, within the aerospace, shipbuilding, and manufacturing industries.
