Who are we?

People with Skills focuses on the sustainable deployment of technical professionals with an intermediate vocational level from the EU to clients in the Netherlands. Our professionals are specialized in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics within the Aerospace, Marine & Offshore and High-Tech Machinery industries.

What do we do?

People with Skills recruits and educates technical professionals with a secondary vocational (mbo) level to deploy to clients. Besides recruiting and training professionals, we also assist them with their possible move to the Netherlands. The professionals can be deployed on a permanent or temporary basis through us.

For whom?

Talent

Technical professionals with secondary vocational (mbo) working or thinking level from the EU. The professionals have a technical education or technical work experience. They specialize in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics, among others, within the Aerospace, Marine & Offshore and High-Tech Machinery industries. They work for example as a Mechanic, Sheet Metal Worker or Wiring Operator.

Clients

Companies in the Netherlands with their own manufacturing or MRO organization, within the Aerospace, Marine & Offshore, and High-Tech Machinery industries, who are looking for technical professionals specialized in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and mechatronics, among others.
