Who are we and what do we do?
We build sustainable working relationships between professionals and companies. We recruit technical professionals with secondary vocational education (MBO) qualifications from the Netherlands and other European countries. Our professionals are active in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and metalworking. They find their place in the aviation, shipbuilding, and manufacturing industries.
But at People with Skills, it's about more than just finding the right people: we invest in training, development, and guidance. In this way, we are building a network in which professionals can develop and companies can rely on quality.
