What Information We Store

We only keep the information we need to help you find the right job. Most of it comes from you: through your application, your resume, and our interviews. Sometimes we find your profile on a public platform like LinkedIn. In that case, we’ll let you know where we found you when we first contact you.

If you start working through us: date of birth, nationality, a copy of your ID, social security number (BSN), bank account number, and, if necessary, information for a work or residence permit.

Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and city.

Career Information: resume, work experience, education, certifications, skills, and languages.

Your preferences: the type of job you're looking for, region, availability, and desired salary range.

Our communication with you: notes from conversations, job openings we discussed, and the companies to which we referred you with your consent.
