Introduction

For Fokker Landing Gear we are looking for a CNC turner/miller. You will make parts on CNC-controlled machines and make sure everything is right down to the millimeter. Accurate work is important, because it involves parts for landing gear. You work with modern machines and have the opportunity to improve yourself technically. Does this appeal to you? Function

  • You check previous operations on parts to ensure proper transfer.
  • You will independently perform CNC machining with Heidenhain controls.
  • You will work on components used in high-tech systems such as the JSF and the NH90.
  • You perform intermediate measurements and quality checks.
  • You ensure that each part meets the specified requirements and is ready for the next machining step.
  • You will work in a two-shift operation (early/late) with an attractive shift bonus.
  • You will develop into an all-round CNC operator with ample opportunities for advancement within Fokker Landing Gear.

Who are you

  • Experience with Heidenhain control is required, preferably supplemented by experience in CNC turning
  • In addition to single-piece experience, you preferably have experience with series production 
  • No detail escapes you; precise work is a requirement in this position
  • You can read and interpret schematics and installation instructions to plan the correct sequence of work
  • You are willing to work shifts
