Introduction
Would you like to work with modern production machinery and learn a technical trade on the job? As a Machine Operator, you’ll ensure that machines are properly set up and that metal parts are produced according to the correct specifications. Experience isn’t required: motivation, technical insight, and a willingness to learn are just as important. You’ll be working at Aalberts in Hilversum, where you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues in a modern production environment.
Function
- Setting Up and Operating Production Machines
- Checking products for quality and dimensions
- Identifying minor malfunctions and resolving them together with colleagues
- Performing basic maintenance on machines
- Working in accordance with applicable safety and quality regulations

Who are you
- Interested in technology and motivated to learn how to work with machines
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- Travel to Hilversum or Zeewolde by your own means
- The ability to work accurately and responsibly
