Introduction
Would you like to work with modern production machinery and learn a technical trade on the job? As a Machine Operator, you’ll ensure that machines are set up correctly and that metal components are produced according to the required specifications. Previous experience isn’t essential—motivation, an interest in technology, and a willingness to learn are just as important. You’ll join Aalberts in Hilversum, where you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment.
Function
- Set up and operate production machines
- Check products for quality and dimensions
- Identify and resolve minor machine issues together with colleagues
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Work in accordance with safety and quality procedures

Who are you
- Interested in technology and eager to learn how to work with machines
- Previous experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Personal transportation to Hilversum or Zeewolde
