Introduction

We are looking for a Potting Operator for our client Fokker Elmo in Papendrecht. In this position, you will play an important role in protecting electrical components for the aviation industry. Function
- Applying protective resin (potting) to electrical components and cable assemblies
- Operating and monitoring potting equipment within the production process.
- Ensuring the correct execution of the potting process in accordance with established work instructions
- Checking products for quality and compliance with strict aerospace standards
- Identifying deviations and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly
What's in it for you
- An hourly wage of €17.45
- ADV allowance of 5.12% on top of the base salary
- Travel allowance of €0.20 per km (from 10 km)
