Function
- Manufacturing complex parts on modern CNC milling machines
- Independently setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machines
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and clamping plans
- Selecting, Maintaining, and Replacing Cutting Tools
- Working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Siemens Control Systems
- Checking the dimensions and quality of the final product
- High-precision production of small batches
- Thinking about improvements in the production process

Who are you
- Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking
- Proven experience as a CNC miller
- Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Experience with at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens
- Ability to read technical drawings and clamping plans
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to work in a 3- to 5-shift system
- Meticulous work habits and a sense of responsibility
