Function
- You are the first point of contact for employees with questions about HR regulations and the collective bargaining agreement
- You will manage personnel administration in systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, YouServe and Xtremis
- You will ensure proper handling of on- and off-boarding and mutations throughout the career
- You prepare HR reports, such as on occupancy and absenteeism
- You will support actions from the HR annual calendar and provide input to projects to improve HR services
- You work independently, are proactive and bring a positive contribution to the team
What's in it for you
- A monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,300
- 8% vacation pay
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days
- Travel allowance from 10 km and a home office allowance
- Participation in the PME pension fund.
Who are you
- At least an MBO-4 education in HRM, secretarial or similar field
- Experience in an administrative or support HR role, preferably within an international organization
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Dexterity with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- An independent, positive and solution-oriented work attitude
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
