Function
As a 3D Measuring Technician, you will be responsible for performing intermediate, final and repair inspections using 3D measuring machines. Your expertise ensures quality control throughout the production process, prevents errors and guarantees flawless components for aircraft such as the F-16 , Apache attack helicopter, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF), MQ-9 Reaper drone and NH90. Specific work:
- Conduct FAI and document results according to AS9102 standards or customer specific requirements
- Perform IPI and advise on machine settings
- Compare and analyze measured data with specifications, and identify discrepancies
- NCRs drafting and supporting RCA
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Perform visual inspections to detect external damage or abnormalities
- Ensuring that all product documentation is complete and accurate

Who are you
- A technical background gained through training or experience in the metal industry (MBO level)
- Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge of measurement methods and instruments
- Experience with 3D measuring machines (e.g. Zeiss or Hexagon) and software such as Calypso or PCDMIS is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
