For our client, we are looking for a Sheet Metal Worker who wants to use his or her expertise to manufacture and machine precision parts in a technical, high-tech work environment. As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will work with advanced materials and techniques, using technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts for the aerospace and other high-tech industries. Function
- As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will work on both new construction projects (such as VIP and Special Mission Aircraft) and repairs to existing aircraft
- You will perform inspections, repairs, modifications and maintenance work on aircraft structures
- You accurately record deviations and manage the use of tools and machines
- You actively think about improving efficiency and safety on the shop floor
- You'll work in a unique aviation environment with more than 100 years of history, where the planes are literally right next to you

Who are you
- You have a diploma from a technical MBO program in Aircraft Engineering, (Fine) Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering
- Or you have up to 3 years of work experience in an aircraft maintenance environment, preferably with (aircraft) sheet metal work
- You have excellent fine motor skills and work accurately with your hands
- You have a good command of the English language, both orally and in writing
- You can read, understand and apply technical documentation in English in practice
